Quiet Monday Session is leading into some weakness in overnight trade as traders/investors are uneasy ahead of ECB Meeting, British Election and Comey Testimony all on tap this week. Also, Equity Index contract rollover begins Thursday.

Today is Cycle Day 2 (CD2)…Decline which was expected but never materialized yesterday seems to be one day delayed as price is declining in overnight trade. Average Decline (CD1) measures 2425 handle, currently where price is trading pre-cash opening.

Range Projections and Key Levels

HOD  ATR Range Projection: 2435.75; LOD ATR Range Projection: 2425.70; Cycle Day 1 Low: 2433.00; 3 Day Central Pivot: 2431.25; 3 Day Cycle Target: 2451.50; 10 Day Average True Range: 9.55

Today’s Hypotheses: June 2017 (M) Contract

*****The levels outlined below are more general framework within a larger range…They are to be used are reference prices from which to consider trade opportunities, not hard trade levels.

Scenario 1:  Bulls will need to get price back above 2432 to resume the upside which targets 2442 – 44 zone.

Scenario 2:  Bears currently have an opening to force longs to relinquish should price convert below 2425 handle. Downside is open to 2412 Cycle Range Low.

Trade Strategy: Our tactical trade strategy will simply remain unaltered…We’ll be flexible to trade both long and short side from Decision Pivot Levels. Continue to focus on Bull/Bear Stackers and Premium/Discounts. As always, remaining in alignment with dominant intra-day force increases probabilities of producing winning trades.
