…Transition from Cycle Day 2 to Cycle Day 3
Transition into Cycle Day 3: We’ll mark today’s session as a “Wild-Card” as 3 Day Cycle Target (5855) has been fulfilled. Monday market rhythms lately have been wonky, so we’ll be monitoring closely how today unfolds.
Key for today will be the 5840 – 5845 zone for support while 5860 – 5865 zone marked as resistance. Clearance and Conversion of either of these levels will determine whether bulls have a trend continuation higher or a decline lower back in to recent ranges.
Our discipline of maintaining positioning that is aligned with market forces continues to serve us well, so stay the course.
As such, scenarios to consider for today’s trading.
Bull Scenario: Price sustains a bid above 5845, initially targets 5860 – 5865 zone.
Bear Scenario: Price sustains an offer below 5845, initially targets 5825 – 5820 zone.
PVA High Edge = 5866 PVA Low Edge = 5850 Prior POC = 5860
