Trade Strategy 10.31.25

S&P 500 (ES)

Prior Session was Cycle Day 3:“Post-Fed Blues & The Distribution Shuffle” Positive 3-Day Cycle

Coming off the Fed hangover, the market slipped into what David aptly dubbed a “distribution day” — that slow bleed where both sides think they’re right until VWAP starts mocking everyone. The early script had both upside and downside DTS targets hit, leaving traders with a “Post-Fed Blues” soundtrack and a 6915 line-in-the-sand dance floor.

Range was 102 handles on 1.760M contracts exchanged

Transition from Cycle Day 3 to Cycle Day 1

Transition into Cycle Day 1: Today begins a new cycle with the average decline projection zone between (6915) and (6896) which was fulfilled/exceeded during the prior session’s distribution sell-off.

Amazon earnings beat sparked a “snap-back” squeeze after hours back to the mid-vwap (6890).

We’ll be monitoring closely the final trading day of “Rocktober” for buyers to step back in for End of Month “Window Dressing.”

Of course, nothing changes for PTG…Simply follow your plan. Take only Triple A setups and manage the $risk. ALWAYS HAVE HARD STOP-LOSSES in-place on the exchange.

PTG’s Primary Directive (PD) is to ALWAYS STAY IN ALIGNMENT with the DOMINANT FORCE.

As such, scenarios to consider for today’s trading.

Bull Scenario: Price sustains a bid above 6885+-, initially targets 6905 – 6915 zone.

Bear Scenario: Price sustains an offer below 6885+-, initially targets 6860 – 6855 zone.

PVA High Edge = 6908    PVA Low Edge = 6871         Prior POC = 6893
