S&P e-mini (ES) has recovered 75% of last week’s sell-off…Bears continue to be frustrated as bulls buy every dip. Markets are entering into the slowest time of the year as August is a big vacation period for many money managers and traders.

Today is Cycle Day 2 (CD2)…There is plenty of room to continue the rally off the 2161.50 CD1 Low. Cycle Targets project between 2479.85 – 2483.50. Break and conversion below 2466 – 64 zone may squelch the current rally.

STAY NIMBLE and ALWAYS USE PROTECTIVE STOPS.

Today’s Hypotheses: September 2017 (U) Contract

*****The levels outlined below are more general framework within a larger range…They are to be used are reference prices from which to consider trade opportunities, not hard trade levels.

Scenario 1:  IF price clears and converts PH (2472.00) to upper support, THEN initial objective is 2476 handle, followed by 2479.

Scenario 2:  IF price violates and converts ONL (2466.25) to lower resistance, THEN this would be a SOW with lower targets measuring between 2464 – 2462 handles.

Trade Strategy: Our tactical trade strategy will simply remain unaltered…We’ll be flexible to trade both long and short side from Decision Pivot Levels. Continue to focus on Bull/Bear Stackers and Premium/Discounts. As always, remaining in alignment with dominant intra-day force increases probabilities of producing winning trades.
