Today is Cycle Day 2 (CD2)…Price is currently down approximately 15 handles following North Korea’s most defiant and provocative ballistic missile launch over Japan. Unless this act escalates into something bigger, markets should attempt to stabilize and recover back above 2436.25 (CD1 Low). Downside extreme cycle range low measures 2412 handle.

Scenario 1:  Bulls need to recover price back above 2436.25 and if successful higher price target measures 2443 3 Day Central Pivot.

Scenario 2:  Bears have a “gimme” and are seeking to press lower below 2419 handle and if successful lower range target measures 2412 handle.

Trade Strategy: Our tactical trade strategy will simply remain unaltered…We’ll be flexible to trade both long and short side from Decision Pivot Levels. Continue to focus on Bull/Bear Stackers and Premium/Discounts. As always, remaining in alignment with dominant intra-day force increases probabilities of producing winning trades.
