Prior Session was Cycle Day 2: Sell lean dominated this session as price ratcheted lower to our projected target (5305) as outlined in DTS Briefing 5.17.24. Buyers responded, absorbing the sellers and by end of day price closed near highs. Beautiful CD2 with solid opportunity to position Long CALL Option for the rally. Range was 23 handles on 991k contracts exchanged.

This leads us into Cycle Day 3: As of this writing (Sunday evening), price is gapping higher on Globex open, extending this cycle’s rally which began from Friday’s (CD2) low. We will be looking for bulls to reclaim highs and push for cycle targets.

As such, scenarios to consider for today’s trading.

Bull Scenario: Price sustains a bid above 5330, initially targets 5345 – 5350 zone. 

Bear Scenario: Price sustains an offer below 5330, initially targets 5315 – 5305 zone.

This leads us into Cycle Day 3: As of this writing (Sunday evening), price is opening higher extending this cycle’s rally which began from Friday’s (CD2) low. We will be looking for bulls to reclaim highs and push for cycle targets.

Bear Scenario: Price sustains an offer below 18645, initially targets 18595 – 18575 zone.
