S&P 500

Today is Cycle Day 2 (CD2)…Sharp and aggressive decline in prior session exceeded extreme Cycle Day 1 parameters with a late day rally back to Mid-VWAP. Overnight trade action has price once again on the retreat pushing to test Cycle Day 1 Low (2862.50).

Volatility Index (VIX) is now sporting a 19 handle and the 10-Day Average True Range widened to 37 handles. As such, traders should make necessary adjustments to their risk-profiles and use proper position sizing.

CD2 Range High = 2894.75       CD2 Range Low = 2873.50    CD2 Range Avg = 26.00

Scenario 1: IF Bulls hold bid above 2890.00, THEN initial upside potential targets 2895 – 2900 zone.

Scenario 2: IF Bears hold offer below 2890.00, THEN initial downside objective targets 2875.50 – 2872.00 Low Range Zone with potential for retest of 2862.50 CD1 Low.

Today is Cycle Day 2 (CD2)… Sharp and aggressive decline in prior session exceeded extreme Cycle Day 1 parameters with a late day rally back to Mid-VWAP. Overnight trade action has price once again on the retreat pushing to test Cycle Day 1 Low (7581.25).

Scenario 1: IF Bulls hold bid above 7670.00, THEN initial upside potential targets 7688.50 – 7705.00 Average Rally Zone.
