Prior Session was Cycle Day 3 (CD3): Positive 3-Day Cycle, as price consolidated near current “relief-rally” highs. Prior range was 55 handles on 1.446M contracts exchanged.

This leads us into Cycle Day 1 (CD1): Today begins a new cycle, with the Average Decline measuring 3844. Price continues to consolidate near recent rally highs with potential for further gains as traders eye the end of quarter ahead of the long July 4th holiday weekend. As such, estimated scenarios to consider for today’s trading.

Bull Scenario: Price sustains a bid above 3908, initially targets 3928 – 3941 zone. 

Bear Scenario: Price sustains an offer below 3908, initially targets 3898 – 3890 zone.

Today is Cycle Day 1 (CD1)…Average Decline for CD1 measures 11800 for this cycle. Price is currently consolidating near recent “relief-rally” highs, as traders look to end the month/quarter with a solid bid ahead of the long July 4th holiday weekend. As such, there are two estimated scenarios to consider for today’s trading.

Bull Scenario: IF Bulls sustain a bid above 12052, THEN initial upside estimate targets 12130 – 12180 zone.

Bear Scenario: IF Bears sustain an offer below 12052, THEN initial downside estimate targets 11994– 11970 zone.
