Trading Room RECAP 5.14.26

Overnight action wasted ZERO time extending higher and fulfilling the 7495 objective before most traders even finished their first cup of coffee ☕📈

Next target on deck?

👉 7505 per the DTS Briefing.

And just like that…

🎯 TARGET TAGGED.

Meanwhile…

The bears once again showed up armed with strongly worded opinions and expired puts.

Not ideal.

The opening session developed into a neutral lean environment with PH and PC serving as key references…but the underlying tone continued to scream:

“Higher acceptance until proven otherwise.”

Then came the fuel…

⚡ Gamma squeeze chatter.
⚡ Momentum ignition.
⚡ MAGS leading the charge.
⚡ NVDA once again acting like it owns planet Earth.

At one point UBS noted that the Magnificent 7 contributed MORE than the entire SPX gain while the other ~495 stocks basically wandered around like confused foot soldiers looking for their generals.

And honestly?

That may have been the most accurate market description of the week 😂

🪖 Foot Soldiers = lagging.
⭐ Generals = carrying the battlefield.

Meanwhile ES continued doing what powerful trend days do:

✔ Holding pullbacks.
✔ Defending VWAP.
✔ Punishing hesitation.
✔ Rewarding directional conviction.

The 7500 Gamma level acted like a giant magnet intraday while buyers continued absorbing every meaningful dip.

Midday brought a brief sell-side shift…

But once again sellers discovered the harsh reality of Cycle Day 3:

👉 Gravity works differently in parabolic conditions.

The afternoon session consolidated beautifully between 7505–7525 before bulls finally cleared the highs and launched toward the statistical extreme target.

🎯 Cycle Day 3 Statistical Extreme Target fulfilled @ 7533.50
🚀 HOD printed 7540

Another THREE DAY SUPER CYCLE.

Again.

At this point the market is basically running on:
• Momentum
• AI enthusiasm
• Dealer positioning
FOMO
• And the tears of underinvested bears.

Important reminder:

⚠ Friday = OPEX + Capital Preservation Day.

Translation:
Expect movement.
Expect volatility.
Expect emotional damage for undisciplined traders.

Trade well.
Stay focused.
Protect capital.

And remember…

The market does not care what you think.

Only what you do.
